Find back Filch
Goal
Filch has gone to deal with the Blades Clan around Colossus Landrow so they are able to scavenge stuff around that place. He did never return back. Dragomir wants us to help find him. They promise anything we need, but we know their treasure is lost. So they probably can't give us anything.
