We start in the room where we killed Ker-Arach. Gribkoan can't hold himself and starts eating the dragon spider. The first part the Rod of Seven Parts glows when holding it in a certain direction. Ker-Arach seems to have eaten the rod piece.

After cutting it away, Iro puts the 2 ends together and they merge.
Dazzle tells us he has a rod like we have at home.
The map shows a large warforced that is merged into the ground.

We discuss what to do next. We need to go to Eberon. Iro knows that Eberon is the place where warforged most likely live. But Raxlin and Iro are interested to see what the prisoners know or do here in Webs Edge. So before we head to Eberon we check out the prisons.

We try to deceive the guardian of the prison that we need to inspect the prison. Iro acts as a angry female drow. Maaltok open the door for us. But after some more snarky comments of Iro he leaves.

The cells hold

Gertrude and Ferniel came here together. The bugbear and grimlock are bad cultists Gertrude tells us. We free the bugbear by pure strength of Gribkoan and Ymir. He is dead and beyond saving. Iro makes an end to his suffering. We manage to free Gertrude.

Meanwhile Maaltok comes back and has detected we are intruders. He attacks us. So we have to kill him.

Gertrude tells us she can bring us to the Svirfneblin Mining Corperation.

QUEST: Help the miners against the attack

We decide to clean up some parts of the Webs Edge. And have a Long Rest

The next day we head out to go the the Svirfneblin. There are 2 routes. A quick and more dangerous and a more save route, but that takes longer. We take the quick route.
We only encounter a large cliff that we need to cross. With some rope that is easy enough.

We arrive at the Svirfneblin Mining Corperation. Gertrude asks Jeffrey to fetch the foreman.
A deep gnome greats us and hugs Gertrude. This is Freya Deepmire. We start to share our story how we got here. Meanwhile all deep gnomes around us gather and start mumbling.

Freya Deepmire seems to know Ymir. She calls Ymir her daughter. Ymir knows nothing about being her daughter and she also doesn't have any of the story the this might be her mother. Freya Deepmire tells us that her families blood has some kind of special properties. It allows Gnomes to never stop growing. Making it that Ymir's dead was huge. But he died early. Ymir wasn't ready to take over and didn't seem to grow like her dad did. So she was put into the care of Sensei Loki at Blunder. Freya Deepmire was paying Sensei Loki for the care of her daughter. Ymir however doesn't know anything about a Sensei Loki. She was raised by giants.

The place we are looking for, that we have the map for, is called Ruined colossus.
Freya Deepmire can take us to a portal that takes us to this place. We discuss what to do next. It is unknown when the attack on the Svirfneblin will happen. But as we killed a bunch of cultists this might not be soon. So we decide that we go to Eberon first.

Freya Deepmire will travel to Blunder to confront Sensei Loki.
Freya Deepmire gives us a gift for Ymir.
