We start just after defeating the Hag. The mist doesn't clear though. To test we Ymir throws Dazzle into the mist. Dazzle comes back out clearly under influence of something. He tries to go into the lake but he can't swim down.
Iro and Gribkoan dive into the lake and get into a bubble underwater. Ymir and Raxlin soon follow. In the middle of this bubble is a fountain and a pedestal with in sylvan it reads
Gribkoan can't hold himself back and takes a bottle and instantly drinks it. With some help of Raxlin smoke he can remembers some parts. In the fountain is a gem. We throw the gem into the bag of holding. We go to Blunder. King Oak is presenting he cleared the fog. We advocate that the king is a liar. The king runs off and Captain Lock Raven takes control.
A feast is organized in our name. A name we have not decided.
We take the people of Blunder to the surface.
Eventually Iro notices that the ground shakes. Something very large is moving around. It's happening below us. A bullette attacks us from below. But is dealt with easily.
We arrive at the surface. They go their own way. Raxlin gives a earring to Captain Raven so they can send a message to us.
We decide to return to the Svirfneblin Mining Corperation. To see if we can help against the attacks or so. We meet again with Jeffrey. We ask when was the last attack. But it rambles about his brother being lost. His name is Pate.
We find our way towards the office of Freya Deepmire. Eventually we find her in the courthouse of the Svirfneblin.
She tells us the following
- She owns a business. She needs to keep that running properly.
- Lolth supporters are not happy with them using "their" roads without pay.
- She hired guards to protect convoys.
- People have gone missing. Latest of which is Pate.
- They mine very precious metal.
Quest: Find missing people
Freya shows us a map and tells us the old Glowspire Mines might be an entry.
We are lead towards the entrance of the Glowspire Mines.
We follow tracks through the Glowspire Mines
Eventually we lose the tracks. But we here a screech. It might be from a spiderlike creature is. We find 3 of them in a room that has a bed within it that seemed to be used.
Gribkoan goes in alone again. They are dealt with.
We find Pate in a hole hanging up side down.
He tells us there is a man made of stone that might be able to help us.
We find a big room with a lake that contains a small island that has a huge stone man.
He has a master named Hori and speaks in under common. He was left behind.
The golum's name is Oro. Can you give a message to the master.
"Hori please stop creating us".
Oro likes his suffering to be ended. Iro kills him with a single blow to his core without explaining anything to the rest of the party. Iro explains some part of his backstory
He is created by Hori. He was programmed to help / save people. Saving has 2 ways to be interpreted.
There is a hallway where Pate tells us not to go into as there are bad people.
We tie him up. To go into this place.
